Ya but why is it so much simpler with my best friend? We can go a while without talking and he wont make me feel like shit for not messaging, at the most ill get a “oh wow look who it is” and then were back to normal. With my ex it was never enough attention. We pay for each others shit and dont keep track of who owes who and he’s actually generous unlike women. Hes always been there for me and hes never said i love you, whereas the girl who looked me in the eyes and said i love you is not in my life anymore. You cant have a real relationship with a woman, because you both want something from each other. It’s more of a negotiation.

Power plays are bullshit. It's all a fictional situation we have cooked up in our heads, and in our society. We've made this game where we enslave ourselves to this notion of professional, personal, and political power plays meaning something.

They mean nothing. In 200 years, nobody living will know your name. Legacy is a lie. Just like relationships surrounding it. Yet, we still struggle to make these little power plays at our jobs, in our friends group, and in our relationships. Our society at large demands them with the fucked up political atmosphere we exist in.

Going your own way isn't 100% about leaving women behind, but society as a whole. Invest in yourself and be happy. None of this other shit matters.

Most of today’s relationships are not symbiotic/positive relationships. As the title says, they are endless power plays, shit tests, and stress.

Make no mistake, this is always caused by the woman, who doesn’t understand that being a woman is a naturally submissive position. Estrogen is a submissive hormone. I didn’t invent nature, I simply recognize it for what it is.

Women have been programmed and brainwashed to go against their submissive supporting role in nature, and they now think they can be “the boss.”

This is why we see all this relationship turmoil, nowadays. Estrogen is not a hormone that responds to, or deals well with, stress. This is why most women completely melt down when stress occurs.

Life is hard enough to get through even when you have a supportive female partner (good luck finding that in 2018...lol), and I have no desire to add the monumental stress of modern women into my life.

On top of the unbelievably stressful responsibility of supporting and providing for a family, you also have to be a comedian, entertainer, executive chef, handyman, be able to build an entire house by hand, and I could go on with the ridiculous requirements.

I’m a guy who strives for peace and contentment, and you’ll pretty much never get that with modern women. Just a constant power struggle.

Women have simply priced themselves out of the market. It’s that simple.

Only when the pleasant is denied by someone else, or the unpleasant is mandated by someone else, can anger arise.

Men are able to function as partners.

Women are not. They have to have a some sort of leader - Alpha male, queen bee, whatever.

Men compete to find their place in a hierarchy, sure. But then it's all good.

Sometimes, men wind up as peers. Teammates. Fellow travelers. Men are completely able to function at this level, where nobody is in charge and it is all about working together to some common end.

Women do not seem to be. There can be a common end, but that is just on the surface. Below it is a struggle for status and power - which to a woman are mostly the same thing.

A covert struggle for power (outright conflict)
Partnership
Disinterest (no relationship)
Dominance and submission

Men can do all of these.

I see little evidence that women can do partnership.
Mostly, they are about covert struggles for power until you bend the knee and they are in charge.

Naive idealistic young men ever look to partner with women.
The women are looking to dominate, and use covert means to achieve it.

Once you see clearly (red pill), you have three choices:

Submit (be a cuck)
Win the struggle for power; dominate. PUA, /r/TheRedPill
Withdraw from the field of battle ( MGTOW )
