This isn't even all that accurate. Having a chiseled body only helps a guy go from like an 7 to and 8, just one point at best. It's >90% down to being tall, relatively good looking, and wealthy/high status. Nearly every girl will admit they don't care that much about a guy having a huge muscles, they'd much rather he be tall and wealthy.

how realistic is that right picture tho? im pretty average build myself doing various endurance sports so i dont really expect to ever look that way, but even if youre in the gym 5times a week is it realistic to look like that without some shady supplements?

That guy looks about 6'0 210lbs with 10% BF. That body is naturally achievable through incredible discipline and dedication. Even still, looking like that year round without Test is damn near impossible unless you have demigod genetics.

Main stream society has no idea how much PEDs are used in sports and movies. Basically every jacked/shredded actor does a cycle. Most people would look at Ryan Reynolds in Deadpool and say he just works out, that dude is probably banging Sust 250 and decca for 12-15 weeks before shooting. Why would it be any different from the rest of life. If a man wants a career he works hard for it, sacrifices all his free time, hobbies etc. just to reach his goal. Most women can't do that, they never adopted that kind of mindset. Why should they? It's not required of them.
