In regards to women in the workplace I've discovered what I refer to as reverse gold diggers. These are the women who always want days off and always want to trade days because they prioritize their life outside of work higher than their source of income. Be aware and identify them, you can make a lot of money in overtime by covering their shifts at your convenience. A few years ago I made about 5k extra because a younger coworker wanted to ride the cc on weekends. At the end of the year she had a shitty bf who liked to beat her ass, and I had bought investment property and stacked my bank account. Gender pay gap much?
