In regards to women in the workplace I've discovered what I refer to as reverse gold diggers. These are the women who always want days off and always want to trade days because they prioritize their life outside of work higher than their source of income. Be aware and identify them, you can make a lot of money in overtime by covering their shifts at your convenience. A few years ago I made about 5k extra because a younger coworker wanted to ride the cc on weekends. At the end of the year she had a shitty bf who liked to beat her ass, and I had bought investment property and stacked my bank account. Gender pay gap much?

One thing I've noticed in my industry (bartender), is that whenever one of the girls at work gets a serious boyfriend, their quality of work drops. Suddenly she start taking off shifts, and when they are there, they're complaining about how they'd rather not be at work. It's probably because they've bagged a guy who pays for them to do everything, so why should they be troubled to earn their own money. It's a pattern I've witnessed time and time again.
