Not good for consent, since "Yes means Yes" means she can change her mind at any time and withdraw consent at any time. About the only thing it could be good for is proving intoxication levels.

It would be good for recording offers and contracts with prostitutes, however, especially the "private situations" types and bar girls. Would zero out the amateurs who are more likely to cry rape if caught out by their SO.

Yahoo had a show called Other Space (had both Joel Hodgson and Trace Beaulieu of MST3k fame on it) and they had this exact thing. When two characters would initiate sex the ship's computer would come on and get all sorts of voice verification and override codes before consent could be properly vetted.
