My personal thought is because of corporations, all of us end up in a job for a faceless company that can do illegal stuff and get away with it if they pay a fine.

Collectives don't do that stuff because it's a group of people who are committed to doing the right thing.

Dropping the Corporations Act (allowing corporations to act like people) would undo a lot of that damage.
