Reality always wins. Emotions always lose.

Shortly after word got out that the engineer was fired, multiple scientists came to Damore's defense. People began to list out the numerous studies supporting the claims made in the memo. Piles and piles of studies overwhelmingly support the memo. Here's the statement by Dr. Debra Soh, a scientist with a PhD in sexual neuroscience, whose dissertation used four types of neuroimaging to investigate brain differences associated with sexual orientation, paraphilias (or unusual sexual interests), and hypersexuality:

Within the field of neuroscience, sex differences between women and men -- when it comes to brain structure and function and associated differences in personality and occupational preferences -- are understood to be true, because the evidence for them (thousands of studies) is strong. This is not information that’s considered controversial or up for debate; if you tried to argue otherwise, or for purely social influences, you’d be laughed at.

But looking closer at the counterlash to the memo, no one is complaining that the memo is false; they're complaining that it's offensive.

NPR reported that women were so emotionally offended by hearing about the memo that they called in sick to work. Nothing says "I'm as capable as a man" like skipping work because of something someone with no power in your company wrote. They're not complaining that the memo is false... they're complaining that they're offended.

This matters because on a long enough timeline, reality always wins; emotions always lose. Copernicus and Galileo were convicted of heresy when they offended Catholics for saying the Earth was not the center of the universe. Today, we know who is on the right side of history. Investing in a company that chooses emotions over reality is a poor investment.

Sell Your Google Stock: This is Bad Management

So let's recap: Highly qualified engineer states well-supported, well-documented, empirically and scientifically proven facts. Google fires said engineer because stating such facts offended other employees. Google has allowed Marxist policymakers to overrun their decision-making. They didn't fire the engineer for being incorrect. They fired a highly qualified engineer for offending the emotions of far-left snowflakes. That's bad engineering, and bad company management. Now is the time to sell your Google stock and dump your ETFs and mutual funds which include Google. Knowing what you know now about modern astronomy, would you bet on the science of Galileo and Copernicus? Or would you bet on the feelings of Catholics?

Gender agnostic approaches are objectively superior to Marxist approaches when talking about company performance. The SHE ETF is a perfect example. This ETF balances investments in favor of companies with more female representation on their executive boards... it's getting crushed by the S&P500. Investing in a pro-discrimination Marxist manner performs strictly worse than investing in a gender/race agnostic manner.

Moreover, Google has a track record of fact-based multivariate research. But it seems they're dismissing their traditional scientific approach in this diversity effort, as countries with the highest gender equality actually show larger gender gaps in STEM achievement. In running these policies, does anyone believe that Google is multivariate testing performance of employees? And based on Google's anti-science behavior with respect to this memo, does anyone believe that results favoring gender agnosticism would be accurately portrayed or acted upon? Google committed a $150 million investment into diversity... they should at least make sure the assumptions in that investment are actually true.

Sell Your Google Stock: This is Illegal Discrimination

Marxists taking over major policy areas in any organization is a ticking time bomb for discrimination lawsuits. This is because the kangaroo courts of social media and mainstream liberal media are not the same as the court of law. The Civil Rights Act plainly states:

It shall be an unlawful employment practice for an employer -

(1) to fail or refuse to hire or to discharge any individual, or otherwise to discriminate against any individual with respect to his compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment, because of such individual’s race, color, religion, sex, or national origin; or

(2) to limit, segregate, or classify his employees or applicants for employment in any way which would deprive or tend to deprive any individual of employment opportunities or otherwise adversely affect his status as an employee, because of such individual’s race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.

This is where Marxist ideals begin to overlap with Nazi ideals -- Marxists believe that there's no such thing as racism or sexism against white males. However, there's no such limitation in the Civil Rights Act.

As lawyers begin to chime in on the issue saying that Google's actions here are likely illegal, Realists working at Google have perked up, and a fundraiser for Damore's legal fees against Google's actions continues to grow. Word is brewing that human resources and operational staff at Google are engaging in discrimination against males in order to effectuate Marxist gender equity. This is not equality. This is illegal discrimination. Discrimination based on any gender is immoral and illegal.

And now it looks like the legal guns will turn on Google. Dan Eaton, an employment lawyer, in San Diego wrote on CNBC:

Federal labour law bars even non-union employers like Google from punishing an employee for communicating with fellow employees about improving working conditions … California law prohibits employers from threatening to fire employees to get them to adopt or refrain from adopting a particular political course of action. ... It is unlawful for an employer to discipline an employee for challenging conduct that the employee reasonably believed to be discriminatory, even when a court later determines the conduct was not actually prohibited by the discrimination laws.

This comes at a time when Betsy Devos, the US Education Secretary, is investigating universities for unlawful discrimination against males in sexual misconduct hearings. Her investigation comes after a sharp rise in universities increasingly settling discrimination lawsuits filed by male students falsely accused of rape. Trump has even vowed to investigate universities for discrimination in admissions. For example, some universities give blacks +230 points and subtract 50 points from Asians based solely on their race. This is immoral and clearly a violation of the Civil Rights Act.
