the fact that muttering the words "plus sized man" makes me chuckle at how weird it sounds shows you how double this double standard is. I get its origins. women are simply plumper due to their Estrogen, they are allowed to be a bit "fatter", but when you look at that in the course of human history its mostly a slight increase in fat%, that's it. not the land whale balls of fat these women try to push as acceptable these days.

Women should never be fatter in total mass. Their bodyfat % will be higher, that's all. But they should have a flat and firm stomach with minimal love handles.

no, i don't think there is a correlation to estrogen levels and cheating/hypergamy but maybe indirectly. higher estrogen leads to mood swings and more emotional outbursts, its why women tend to think with 'feeling' over 'logic'. I think these never ending mood swings also explain why they get bored and cheat and search for new guys. its easy to justify doing something horrible to your husband because you feel so bad. my sister did that to my ex brother in law. married 20+ years. dude wasn't perfect but he was a great father, ok husband, and provided. was never enough. always fights and emotional outbursts. when she finally filed for divorce she pulled the typical emotional abuse card. i knew him like a father, he was truly family to me and even though he was immature, he was never the person to cause such pain to warrant that change. it was clear she simply didn't feel it anymore and was over it, so she aligned her emotions to justify her actions.
