Got an e-mail today from a co-worker 'introducing' me to an acquaintance of hers. Co-worker is mid-fifties. I'm 37. Co-worker and I get along because we share a hobby that we chat about, so she thinks I'm a nice guy. I also adopt the precept of always being outwardly polite and keeping your non-normative thoughts / behaviors private, as this seems to be a way to succeed among the normies as a MGTOW ('do as others do, think how you want').

So co-worker knows a woman my age. Co-worker knows I'm single because we've known one another 2 years, I don't have a ring, never talk about dating, etc. She sends me two full-body pictures of her friend who is my age, saying "I don't usually do this, but I think you are single, and I know this person, blah blah blah." Chick I'm being sold like a product is alright for her age, whatever. Not a ham planet. Post-wall. She has a decent normie job.

Now I'm in a quandary. There is NO WAY I'm going to go out with this chick. If I'm going out with a chick at this point in my life, she's going to be at least 7 years younger than me. I'm not attracted to post-wall chicks. I've paid to bang a few twenty-somethings in the recent past (SeekingArrangement works wonders for this) and I still can play the 20-something 'free' (though it is never truly free) field because I am a fit late-thirties guy whose career is finally starting to blossom (read: finally starting to have some money / status). And I still have tons of trepidation about intermingling with hot twenty somethings. Yet I am offered this post-wall individual as an offering, like she is a piece of meat for sale (and also the meat seller), and I am the mark whose money should be harvested. To keep the meat analogy going, why would I want to buy spoiled meat?

So: how do you gents get out of these situations? I imagine many of you run sophisticated 'public face' / 'real inner life' dichotomies like I do. Well, my 'public face' of being affable and decent to humans generally is now biting me in the ass, and I have to excuse myself from this shitty burnt offering. How do you guys handle similar situations?
