I agree with prostitution, it's more direct and less hassle but you want to find a good experience you'll need to cough up more cash.

Otherwise, i'd say dating apps are the worst avenue get sex.

Unlike many here though, I don't oppose learning some pua techniques, even though the success rate pretty much depends on your real life smv, and since you're an average guy, your success is pretty low. Plus, you will undoubtedly run into so many bad experiences in the short and long term.

It's really your decision. I was probably average-looking when I dated. It's just not a kind game for average-looking guys. However, if it's worth it to you to do all kinds of work getting into good shape, trying to meet women, and dating, for possibly not much success, no one can really argue with you if you yourself find it to be a worthwhile use of your time.

For me, what really turned me away from it was finally having a serious relationship that didn't turn out well. All that work, and then I ended up not wanting to be in the relationship once I got there. Then later I found out from the online men's community, like this group, that my lack of success with dating was pretty common for guys. That's when I realized that it wasn't some fair game that I just needed to keep playing -- instead it was an unfair game, and I was wasting a lot of time playing it. The dating "game," that is.

I had a paid match account starting in 2003, the golden years of online dating. I was probably a 7 out of 10 at that time. Not gorgeous but firmly above average based upon the women I would consistently get into LTRs with. Using online dating, I would get to fuck a 4 or 5 out of 10 girl every 1 or 2 months with 1 hour of effort per day messaging women. With that 30 hours a month, I could've worked a side job and hired super cute escorts instead.

Back then, you could search for men that wanted women, even if you were a straight dude by profile, just out of curiosity, by changing your search criteria. I did that once, and the number of men on there my age looking for similarly aged women was like 10 times the number of women on that site. This is why they were flooded back then to the point where I was a little pebble drop in a huge pond.

I'm not conceited, but I am a good looking and muscular man. Absolutely no luck on dating sites, maybe because I don't try to be a cuck and will tell them if I don't like the same band they do, etc.

For the most part, online dating has been a way for females to feel desired, and they usually don't respond to 95% of messages, no matter who you are.

That's what MGTOW is about. Stop giving a fuck and develop your skills, do things you enjoy, benefit the world in some way, etc. Going out of your way to meet females on the Internet is completely useless: at least use your electronic device to read something that will enrich your mind.
