Ask her to go into detail on how, when and why this happened, and the identity of the assailant, his location, phone number, etc. Ask her why she didn't call you for help. When evidence has been gathered and repeated BY HER...
Invite her to go for a walk. When she walks out the door first, close and lock it. Close and lock all doors and windows.
Call police about an ex-gf possibly trying to frame you for a crime you had nothing to do with.
While waiting for police, pull A/V recordings from the home security system of her confession and assailant information.
When police arrive, cross you arms in her presence (it shows your self-control) and invite the police in to see surveillance video of her arrival. When she plays the victim card, cries, screams and accuses YOU of the crime, simply play the video and remain calm against her accusations.
If police are sane, they will (at worst) escort her to get her shit out of your place, or (at best) arrest her for disturbance of the peace.
With police present, tell her you never want to have contact with her again. File restraining order.
Block and ghost. She refused to give up her asshole for his dick, she paid the price, let her recover on her own, just as she chose to cheat on her own. Resist urges to bail out a lying, cheating fuckhole.
