This is so F__king true. I was at a rental house of mine doing some maintenance and the tenants sister was over complaining about her child support as the cost of weaves and nails had gone up. Poor kid doesn't have a chance.

My only response is...Did you ever really think irresponsible single moms would have used the money properly in the first place? Cut the bullshit and stop calling it "child support" cause that's the last thing its ever going to be used for.

I watched my aunt use hers for dumb shit for herself and my ex-wife got a pretty classy apartment when I started paying my $764 a month.

My mother was kind of crazy needed to be center of attention so she adopted lots of kids. Older ones that fell into categorys where state would have to send monthly support. Kids had medicaid paying for anything like glasses ect.

I found out afterwards not only was total household income with all that plus dads income around 12k. We grew up poor I went hungry relied heavily on school lunches I went without glasses for years (I am 20/1000 eyesight 20/20 with glasses but I can't function without) had a single pair of pants. Our car was missing shifter you had to grab cable and shift with cable. Guilted older brothers into paying the mortgage.

So where in the hell did money go she litterally gave it away. Ran a animal shelter out of house of hundreds of animals coverage most the vet bills herself because it made her the center of her social group. Gave hundreds to bums or people just having hard time just for a moments recognition.

Every day someone trys to guilt me into calling mom (its always a long time between calls). I go the FUCKING CAT ate better than me because of her and how "high priority I was" I remember one time being sick missed school a couple days no school lunch. No fucking people food in house which of course mom didn't care because she was eating out every meal with friends. I plausibly considered eating fucking cat food I thought about how one might season or grill a can of cat food to make it palletable.

Once dated a single parent mum who used to spend her child support... I mean, her daughters child support on daily Mcdonalds, makeup and clothes.

She was desperate for a 2nd child as she wanted a "family of my own" as she came from a broken shitty home, and wanted me to stay the night and have sex.

When I said I respected her and wanted to wait longer, she dumped me saying I was being controlling, and she won't let any man control when she can or can't have sex.

I dodged a bullet there as I suspect she was hoping i'd impregnant her that night.
