He was also found with meth, there's several potential variables that you guys aren't considering. These are two different judges and while they're going off the same book they all have their own biases that come in to play when passing judgement, some are definitely harsher than others. Also, who knows how many strikes the guy had, maybe he had a long record while the woman has a clean slate. I don't feel comfortable or feel like it's reasonable to conclude that sexism was the driving cause of the vast difference in punishment here, there's too many variables that affect the outcome other than sexism that are not being considered.
