A serf could not even get permission from the Lord who owned the land he lived on to marry, let alone afford to provide for a wife given most serfs worked for room and board. She is implying that:

P = Even the lowest men were guaranteed a wife.

Q = Therefore, all men were guaranteed a wife.

When we examine the metalinguistic variables with propositional logic, we find both the premise and conclusion are both invalid and unsound:

Therefore, ¬Q

When we look at my assertion that the majority of men were basically serfs with no ability to marry, we find my assertion is in fact Modus Ponens:

P = The majority of men throughout history were illiterate serfs with no ability to marry.

Q = Therefore, most men were not guaranteed a wife.

And now the propositional logic:

Her second sentence is also a logical fallacy on not one but two points:

i) She makes a false assumption that all women have time an options, when in fact a woman's sexual market value decreases over time, thereby decreasing her options.

ii) No MGTOW is frightened of being alone, as they are choosing to be alone rather than face the consequences of a relationship with a woman. The word "Going" in MGTOW is a hint.

The father decided the shortened pool of candidates based on family name, on family history/social status, then on the capabilities of the man, and on his moral fortitude, balancing that against the beauty of his daughter, it was a more fair and balanced system, occasionally if the choice was pretty close, the father let the daughter decide based on her preference but the pool was still limited based on actual quantitative merits, sure there were adjustments based on the family name/quality vs the individual man, but how the man looked or his height were not even secondary characteristics that were looked at, sure he had to be pleasing and not a troll but there were much more important things for the success of the potential family. Occasionally, if the family status is high enough even marrying a troll looking man was deemed to be worth it and this is how the real world actually works, cost vs benefits.
