This is actually a very important example of the new moral order that will bring about the destruction of mankind imo.

The value of religion was predominantly in providing a pervasive background of common morals that were perceived as common sense within communities, that would absolutely crush any behavior as immoral as this. Now that these new age people are attempting to create their own values, their inherent degeneracy (to some degree the basic degeneracy of human nature) is shining through.

The justification of a behavior based purely on the individuals idea of their own moral superiority, and enabled by a culture without morals, is unbelievably corrosive. This will eat inevitably eat away the moral fabric of western civilization along with all of the other similar behaviors.
