I simultaneously feel bad for them and dont. Its kind of sad how they have ruined themselves with their lifestyle, and its possible they will never fully recover. But at the same time, they brought this upon themselves. Drugs and anorexia are personal choices (yes anorexia is a choice, you can fucking choose to eat or not to eat).
