Some tips for low testosterone (or for being good in general):

sleep well, as long as you need, don't be wake-up by an alarm, have enough time to wake-up naturally,
eat meat protein (meat/fish/eggs) 1g per 1kg of body mass, so 90kg guy needs daily 90g of animal proteins,
don't get stressed, while short stress is good, don't be constantly stressed, don't be like what the *** I'm doing with my life, what the *** will be next week,
eat high quality fats - avocado, etc,
strength training, like lifting or olympic gymnastic, cardio is good too, but can't replace it. OHP, bench press, weighted dips, weighted pull-ups, squats, dead-lifts, etc. Or /r/bodyweightfitness/ and RR on the sidebar (hope I won't be banned there for posting link here),
keto diet is a thing but IMHO is not tasty at all.

Then you will be fine.
