Here's the thing though... when people interact with a real man over time, in real life, those people begin to become more traditional and in favor of their approach. It's the incidental interactions that make people fly off the handle because real men are now "so different".

Imo, not necesairely strong men.

To make my case:

* Picture 2 & 7; these are strong men for being a family man? Every men was pressured into family life in those times, to comply in that doesn't make one strong necesairely.

* Picture 6. Guy is strong because he's validated by a woman? imo, that means nothing related to strenght, only to attractiveness.

* Picture 3. Guy is strong for offering his life/wants/and well being for a nation/leader/"the country"? That doesn't make a man strong imo, to put away his own wants for the: wants of others, the pressure from others, and the respect (if you come back alive) from others. (still get raped in family court though).

Being a single man in those times, by own choice. Was frowned upon I think in those times. And met with alot more pressure from family, society, peers, collagues, etc... Not so good old days in that regard, maybe gynocentrism was at a bit lower level then I dunno.

Society back then was no treat for men. Women lived a life of leisure.

But at least it functioned, and men and women were relatively more happy (remembering women are never happy).
