The anger you feel is definitely real. But it won’t last forever. We all came to MGTOW for our own reasons & I’ve spoken to others in the same boat as me, so this message is for them.

You should be grateful she left you, but not for the negatives. Sure, be grateful you don’t have to put up with her shit anymore; the expectations, the double-standards, the inanity, the selfish entitlement.

But be grateful that they have given you this opportunity.

Look around you. How many friends, fathers & brothers can you see trapped inside their invisible cages. They seem stressed, rung-out & when you go for drinks there’s pain behind their eyes. A lot of men my age are lost. They know something is wrong with them, but they can’t seem to find the right words to express it.

You have come this far & I urge you to keep going. Don’t stop. Once the anger abates, which it will, then the journey really begins; exercise, work ethic, self-examination, growth & integrity. These are not buzzwords - they’re real & they are attainable through hard work, openness & honesty.

So be grateful they made you look at your life another way. The gratitude might help you move through the anger & into a more fulfilling existence. Once you stop living for other people & begin living for yourself - everything changes.

MGTOW has it’s extremes - but these mean nothing. The anger-phase has the loudest voice, which is why these communities are filled with angry messages. It doesn’t matter. Once it fades for these men, they’ll be replaced by more & more angry voices. Remember this line - the universe is indifferent. The anger phase is a choice. You don’t realise it when you’re there, but you can leave whenever you want to. Seek advice from mentors & literature to help with this (read the sidebar.)

The real gems of the MGTOW community are you guys - the silent ones. The ones that check back every now & again, but are content with their place in the world. The ones with humility, who play the hands they’re dealt without excuses, without compromising their goals & character. So I think we should be grateful.

Time for a drink :)
