So I was thinking in the shower this morning about the possible pros of cons of legalizing prostitution. Some feminist said that women have a right to sell themselves the other day, and it got me thinking.

If prostitution was made legal it would benefit every woman because they don't have to work, and can get insane amounts of money. Attractive and rich men would benefit because the women would take them as customers. If the government put taxes on it, then they would also get insane amount of tax dollars.

The people who would not benefit are the poor and/or unattractive males. Women wouldn't have to accept them as customers because there will always be a rich Chad that they can use. Another possible issue is std's. I am sure a lot of them would try and lie about being tested, and once one has one it will only take hours before the whole city has it too. Finding a wife (if you want kids) would be impossible because she could be having sex making money, and unless you are bill gates then you can't reproduce. This is basically breading humans.

(As a side note I think that the "patriarchy" has always been these rich / attractive men that women have allowed to influence their life and decisions. They take it out on the other men because they get their money and sex from the true "patriarchy", so who else is to blame? Has to be men right?)
