But if you upload anything to the internet, there is a risk it will be leaked.
Is it the victim's fault when crime happens to them? No.

a) something unpleasant happen to you as an (unwanted) consequence of an action one took, and
b) an unpleasant thing happening due to an immutable physical characteristic you were born with.
