Old boy acted like a but hurt "Nice Guy" tm, simp and harassed several women. Pretty open and shut case of harassment and him being an asshole.

My question is, should an employers get involved in peoples private disputes or should this be left to the police? If you could have a legitimate dispute with some Karen, you could lose your job over it if you lose your cool and she frames it to HR in just the right way. Lose your cool enough times and you are gone.

Guys understand these simple rules to protect yourself:

Don't harass women. It's wrong and you are just feeding the monster, making it harder for ever other guy out here who is not harassing women to get by.
Realize the definition of harassment will change. Less egregious behaviors will rise to the level of harassment and stalking. What was ok today will be harassment tomorrow and rape a year from now.
She will always be believed, if there is more than one "victim" then it may be actionable.
Stay off of dating apps and avoid women in general. This will cut down on the opportunities to fuck up.
Limit your social media information. OPSEC Don't give women easy access to your current information. Otherwise drop social media.
1. Max your privacy settings
2. Don't list your current employer, current address etc...
