I saw the MGTOW sub in the BP days and remember being silently envious.
To be real, a lot of MGTOW people are over the top negative and seem to hate women... but considering how I was treated in my marriage by my now ex wife, I get it. I don't want to become a sour grape or anything, but stage 1 of MGTOW is being pissed about the truth. There's no way to quell that.

I know others have said this, so I am not pretending this is some amazing insight. But people often come here because they've been 'enlightened' by some shit. A divorce, or bad relationship, or something. They're angry, and they post angry. Apparently, over time, they get less angry, and move on.
You pick up hobbies (now you're not wasting time with women), and suddenly you're doing the hobbies, you're on hobby-subs on Reddit. Posting every day in MGTOW isn't as big a thing. So the calm MGTOWs are off living life.
It's a journey. This is one step. An angry one, hence the tone of the sub. But MGTOW just want to be left alone, as you know.
