Shamans and people in power are not subject to the law. Laws are for plebs. Humans are not ready for higher level of social contract. Half of them are busy with ass pictures and selling sex. May be in 10 thousand years, if civilization makes a couple of good turns.

I don't think so...women are terrible decision-makers in general.
The reason is simple: women tend to think more emotionally than rationally.
That's why there are so few women CEO's, bankers etc. Because they would make crazy emotional decisions that would ruin the bussinesses. |Or plainly lie and manipulate just to get money like that stupid thot in the Theranos case.
Women are like spoilde children. And you csan't put a spoiled child in a decision-making position.
And yes, if they want equality with males, why don;t they :
-fight in wars?
-work in mines?
-work in oil rigs?
-work in car repair service, full of oil and dirt all day long? Never seen even 1 female there
-work as plumbers in basements, undergorunds etc? Never seen even one female
-work on construction sites, and not as engineers, but do the hard work?
No, they don;t want this...but they scream "equality" and |payment".
Even now with the corona stuff, they complain that the majority of people who lost their jobs are women. But why is that? Because those women worked very l0w-value jobs that are not fundamentally important and that's why those jobs dissapeared the first. And the brainless thots view it as discrimination haha...
They only want the superior jobs men do, but avoid the inferior ones like the plague. Hypocrisy isn't it?
Like, they would like to be a CEO but they wouldn';t like to be a plumber or mine worker... They only want the positives, but not the negative from what is happening to men. That is immaturity, etitlement ans selfishness at its finest

Working in a big IT office, can confirm. When corona hit, the jobs that got axed were the affirmative action ones. They did whine about how much it impacted women in a company where 3-4% are female roughly, since these 3-4% occupy useless jobs. Receptionist? we found out that you just need to transfer her line to the main IVR and we hear the visitors anyway. Package receiving is done by whoever's nearby. Surprise, we just saved 40k a year. Colored lady who "assisted" HR? She got axed and nobody got any additional workload. She was assisting HR by doing whatever bullshit HR didn't want to to. That's 90k$ saved with no noticeable workload shift

True! Crisis times show how disposable are many females in workplaces.
I mean, we all know they go to work primarily to socialize and chit-chat with other females, they do not have strong motivation for work, except for rare cases.
In fact, in many jobs, females are just a pain in the ass and everything would work better without them being there. They even detract men from concentrating to their jobs by dressing too sexy etc.
