I'm absolutely same as you, albeit much older. I never found women interesting, I can count times I actually enjoyed conversation with the woman by the fingers of my one hand. I've also been mistaken for a gay (something very insulting to me, since I can't stand them and it ruined at least one good friendship). I'm also attracted to women physically, but they bore me to tears and due to all the recent shit that's going on overall and thanks to MGTOW in particular, I just prefer to be on my own. If I were to go dating again (monk mode now). It's a faulty attitude, the persuing attitude that 90+% of young men have. Because most men believe, they have to convince women; persueing a women means saying -> "I am less then you". It needs to be reciprecal at minimum.
If you are found attractive or desirable by a woman, they will "persue" you also or invite you or come close to you or signal the shit out towards you to come talk with her. It happens to me a bit from time to time now, since I have gotten more desirable overall over the past monk-mode years in the eyes of women. It never happened, when I was younger.

Point being. Don't persue women anyways. If if you're dating. She needs to persue you, or persue you equally as you her. But never shoudl a man be, the one doing all the persuing. Yet, 90+% of men below the age of like 35 do nearly only that, thay do ALL the persuing.

Does a great company like Apple, need to persue people and pester them to buy their stocks/shares? No, people want Apple stocks, and do the work to get them shares.
But a shit company that makes no profit and has no future game plan. They will need to persue and pester people to ask and "game" them into buying their stocks.
If a man does all the persuing; he is basically telling to himself repeatedly: "I am shit". Ones opinion of oneself is though very important; and therefore one shouldn't say that to oneself.
Either be a great/desireable man; or if one opts out don't care about it because you're not on the market. But never be the one doin all the persuing

No you were not weird, in fact that's how societies were in the past. Men and women lead parallel lives until marriage could be arranged or semi-arranged. Men would bond with other men. Marriages were arranged so there was little need to compete with every other male like today.

It wasn't until prohibition in the US and rise of the big city in the west that old courtship customs and arranged marriages evolved towards modern dating. As more women joined the workforce, the more men and women's lives blended. The more it blended became more the female oriented society has become.

It's now to the point that there is no refuge for men to be men, except for some very narrow circumstances. Guys are in constant competition for women along with everything else. Women are also the competition for resources (money and jobs). Women (elite women in particular) decide on the rules of that competition.
