Hi guys,

for the past few years I've got my weight under control. I started working out, went on low carb diet and voila, down it went. I was doing mostly body weight in combo with cardio.

Then I got a bit lazy and stopped working out, but still managed my weight with fasting.

Then not long ago I saw Arnold's routine and thought I'd give it a shot. So I started lifting. First twice a day, like Arnold, but then I decided to just do it once per day because, well I don't really want to be Mr Universe and working out first thing in the morning works great for me.

My diet is similar as before, with the big difference that I don't do IF anymore, because I'm hungry after morning routine and without food I'd only burn my muscle, not gain it, right?

I've been doing that for about a month now. I feel good, energised. I'd like to keep going. However, I've gained at least 1kg. Now the problem is, I don't know what I've gained. My belly circumference (measured around lowhandles etc) seem to be constant at about 36''. But I feel bigger. My shorts and shirts are getting tighter. So I'm freaking out - am I getting fat!? Should I pause the routine and fast for a few days? How do I know if it's fat or muscle?
