There are several women in my area driving garbage trucks, but you never see one working on the back of the truck. They usually drive the dumpster trucks or the trucks with hydraulic dumpers.

I work in manufacturing and I just got out of a job that was mainly women. My god the amount of drama that was caused was insane. Now I'm back in environment where we can actually joke with each other.

Because they don't want women to have the hard jobs. They want all women to be in fancy office jobs while men are working their ass off building the houses women live in, cleaning the streets women walk on, creating the technology women use, etc. Making a woman do hard work would be "sexist"
