STEM careers require a lot of problem solving & critical thinking. You can’t just read a book, memorize some terms and expect to be good in the field. It requires effort which is why most women avoid it

women are just not as nearly intelligent as men. STEM still (even with all the hiring quotas) requires some degree of intellect.

I know the tradcons like to soften the truth by saying "oh women are just not interested in STEM", but reality is - they are not interested because they suck at it. There's a barrier of entry where patience and hard work is not enough (not that women are known for these qualities either), you also have to be somewhat smart to 'get it'.

Nope, the majority don't do stem because it's fucking hard work, takes time, dedication and commitment. Women are inherently lazy creatures who will always take the short route if possible, never the longer road. The explosion of chicks on onlyfans flashing their gooch is a prime example. They've probably had a good education, possibly even a degree but rather than work in the field they studied for they'd rather be an online whore.

The real problem for women in the STEM fields is being pretty, having big tits, and a firm ass will not keep bridges standing, dams retaining water, or computer code bug free.

In STEM your shit has to WORK to get recognition.

When the shit hits the fan nobody cares about looks or feelings - they want their shit to work!

This makes STEM careers unfavorable to women.

Senior Software Developer here: I would argue that women avoid STEM, because STEM is hard, and often involves sacrifice and long hours.

For example: I've mentored many female Developers, the majority of them could not write decent code if their life depended on it. A subset of that group admitted that they had never written a single line of code in their life, and of that subset one had admitted she did not even know what a variable is. One thing they all had in common, was that they all had a CS degree (whilst i am self taught).

In conclusion, Universities are churning our minions of girls with CS degrees, without teaching them even the basics of coding; thus, these women struggle when thrust into the industry. I believe most retire from Software Development within 3 years, though this may be due to pushing out Chad's spawn.

In my experience, women cannot think with logic, rational, and without emotions. Almost every decision is an "OMG, my life is ruined" decision. If given 5 different solutions to a problem, Lord help us if they have to do a risk analysis to see which option is best.

Their solution? "Lets do option X because the scenery is better, people will like us, and I'll get more followers on my Instagram account."

As a mechatronics engineer I have the fortune to have worked in some places where women aren't comfortable to work such as workshops with machinary, also I had various jobs as maintanence man working with water pumps, electric and electronic installer and mechanic. The best thing about those jobs is the lack of women around, just me, my tools and my partners.

I studied in the career with some women who got a degree as engineers too but all of they looked like they were the typical girls afraid of use a screwedriver. And they do...

You will develop less resentment (and even a sense of achievement) when you learn not to let them step on you. By stepping on you, they rob you of that.

Similar to Eric Bana's speech at the end of Blackhawk Down (though not about "your brother"), in IT, it's about the fix and the product. Men just like to do hard things (dopamine - see below), and in answer to your "why women avoid STEM", I would say it's because they don't get the dopamine response (that fixes give men - no pun intended). It's simple biochemistry. And they are apparently FUCKED!

And the women who do go into stem do it to “show society I can do it”. But then when that passes and the actual work shows up she looks for a guy to help take the work load or she quits the moment she finds a simp so she can be a “stay at home mom”.

I'm a software developer, high in the 6 figures ... only a few people have the IQ to do the really hard stuff (data science, AI, ...), the IQ variance of men is higher (more men than women are extremely dumb but also more men then women are extremely intelligent) ... in the upper IQ range you have more men than women (also check ratio male to female Nobel prize winners) ... that's a hard fact most feminists do not want to admit ...also ... most men are talented in math / logical thinking ... but a woman who is talented in math/ logic is certainly also talented in language / speech oriented fields ... the men *has* to choose a career in STEM to exploit his talents and be successful ... a woman *can* choose to go into STEM but is free to pursue her language / speech talents ... women often choose fields which would allow a balance between work / family ... STEM is not known for being family friendly

A big reason is because the tests and assignments are not subjective. There is a single right or wrong answer. If you cant do the work you Will fail. Just like in CS, your algorithm either works or it doesnt. Ive spent way too long doing math and cs problems but eventually i got it it. Shit sucks but thats why I'll be getting a good job after school.

I disagree, there are lots of stem majors that are simpy nerds with fantasies of doing math problems with women. Don’t even think for a second that your average geek in class wouldn’t simp for a cute girl in engineering class.

Stem itself however, relies on logic with little emotion. So it’s the pure opposite, you can’t be “fair” when it comes to math.

Ehh I’m going to disagree on this one. A lot of men pride themselves on “stem is hard.” Sure, getting the degree is more difficult than a sociology degree. But the jobs are generally really boring and easy. If you have a choice to do something else with similar pay, you’d do it. Further, men in general like things, while women, in general, like humans. I fall on the like humans side more even though I’m a guy. I worked in software for years and have a Cs degree from an above average school with almost a 4.0. The difficulty is very overstated. There are problems with sexual relationships and legal issues regarding marriage/cohabitation atm, but I wouldn’t knock women for this specific thing. You can knock them for pushing the equity bullshit that comes along with it, but not for them lacking interest
