She was a contract hire for 3 months. After her contract expired and was not renewed she then decided to try the balls lawsuit for her next project. According to the article, she was apparently scheming to get the CEO deposed and had not been getting in on the meetings she wanted to get in on. CEO: “Must admit, you got balls as a contractor.” Not the least bit surprising that she was not kept on after the three months of her contract. Yet more evidence that its just not worth the risk to bother with female hires whenever it can be avoided.
