From personal experience I can say that women don't mind a shaved head at all - certainly they prefer it to one with partial balding.
It makes me half want to grow my hair again, since my goal is to generally avoid too much female attention. Then again, there is probably a sweet spot where it helps you fall into that gray area between "creep" and "hot guy" where you want to be if you want to avoid both positive and negative attention. It is a lot less maintenance, which is reason enough to keep it this way...

Rhodesia was the second most developed country in Africa. It was known as the breadbasket of Africa. Everyone ate, Cholera had been wiped out, black life expectancy and the black population had increased significantly. In some ways race relations were ahead of what they were in South Africa. The government had programs to aid and foster relations between the central government in Salisbury and the various tribal groups.
The Soviets and Red China sponsored a vicious Marxist insurgency which terrorised the country lead mainly by one Robert Mugabe and another faction lead by Jason Nokomo. The world denied Rhodesia the ability to buy oil or weapons on the open market because "muh racism" while the reds openly supported vicious terrorist groups in their campaign of pillage, rape and murder across the countryside. The western media portrayed it as a racial war against the black majority even though most of Rhodesia's security services who were fighting against the Marxists were black and fought well with very little.
Alas the West sold them out and now "Zimbabwe" is a 3rd world country. The only reason it hasn't totally collapsed yet is that South Africa still foots some of their bills, supplies them with charity, free electricity and certain countries facilitate them with luxury goods and military aid. Then Mugabe himself was destroyed by his own wife, her spending even by the standards of ZANU PF Marxists was "extravagant" and Mugabe even planned to gift her the presidency on his death. Her main qualifications for office having been a part time typist 10 years before. South Africa will follow soon. The ANC are no different really. Jacob Zuma has 8 wives, a mansion he got through graft and sleaze and uses apartheid era laws to suppress stories of it in the press. He himself cannot deal with 6 digit numbers which suggests he has the education level of a 10 year old and likes to sing kill the white farmer. Literally the only thing between South Africa and millions of deaths from starvation.

Many people do not know about these stories, but it is amazing how the Chinese went in there and built all this stuff to try to capitalize on their resources. Yes, the Chinese were doing it for their own reasons, but they were also adding valuable infrastructure as well.
Instead, they looted, burned and trashed most of it and now the Chinese won't go near a lot of the old places they were in.

This hits way to close to home. Even imported and breed a few generations possibly White, Black Americans are barely a few IQ points above African Blacks.
What's truly staggering is in US states where the White population is a majority, in places where blacks are a majority in the city state, those places experience unreal levels of criminality and corruption. In fact as a percentage of state crimes, black populations anywhere near 15-20% of a state can rival a White population as a composite of 65-75%. Even in the rankings of IQ, the poorest Whites are still lower in criminality then the wealthier or higher IQ Blacks.
Also obvious is if the White population in a Black majority city falls under a threshold the entire social economic system begins a collapse. Its quite amazing the sheer differences in race, especially when physical hardware can be the key difference in social economic macro expressions.
