Stupidity is rampant in Sweden, their education system is a complete failure and for some time they are lying about their competence levels to cover their stupidity levels, now they have to tone down with the lies as their kids start to actually show signs of stupidity in real life.
Sweden, just as Canada and Australia, piggy banks on a large economic zone (EU), and can afford to export their trash in that market while refusing to allow imports from that market into theirs.
Sweden socialism is also an abject failure, elders are let do die alone in homes, young people cannot get a house for 20-25 years (the average waiting time to get a house in the capital), women are advised to give birth at home, maternities are closing down, the health care system has waiting times that may go on for 2 years... in some cases people die because of this, and the state does not compensate the relatives... they even passed laws to forbid people from suing the failed health system.
because of the total failure of their socialist systems Sweden has one of the lowest natality rate on the planet, and, as always, they lie about it, using migrants to fix their problems and artificially rise their birth rates.
Sweden is by all means a corrupt failed state, most state controlled agencies are run by entire families of bureaucrats, there is absolutely no competition, they spend abject amounts of money for zero social returns, then they "fix" the reports and in the end pat themselves on the back for doing "a great job".

These are the realities of this shameful society. Most people are complicit. They know everything is a lie, but they keep silent as they can be bullied or lose jobs. The fact is that everyone in the system is either a corrupt crony or a honest burnout that is getting sick of this bs by the day and eventually gives up and leaves the system.

On the other side of the spectrum are people that profit from the system. For example all the doctors are extremely happy to have zero competition, get a ton of money from the state, have reduced hours, scam the system and then demand "rights" every 4 years.

Sweden also has a blow-up valve: they are the number one western country on "emigration", meaning that more Swedes leave the country (per capita) than anyone else in the world. They are sick of it, and leave it as soon as they get some money.

There you have it, a corrupt socialist country that profits from a huge capitalist market (EU) to export their garbage tariff free, while protecting their companies from competition. A failed socialist system that constantly lies about it's "successes" while spending obscene amounts of money with zero results. And a population that is getting more stupid by the year, that profits from this system and when it cannot take it anymore, leaves it behind and goes in a true capitalist country to prosper.

That is the reason Swedes are utopians, until they get hit in the face by the reality they choose to ignore for the last 20 years.

The sad part is that they used to be pragmatics and realists, with a great life philosophy, a superb army and a booming society.

Then feminism happened...
