And also we work longer hours, take less sick time, perform better, negotiate better for salaries, choose higher paid fields (STEM), etc If there was wage discrimination, and not some other reason, CEOs and board members would be all women - businesses are always about the bottom line and they WANT to pay less for the same quality candidate - however this doesn't happen ... for some reason hmmmm

It's annual income total not hourly wage as claimed by the media.

Nowadays men probably make less given jobs are being given to less qualified people who are a minority or a woman
