Honesty, secure (not insecure), a girl NOT on social media or if she is it's extremely tame (no validation seeking), at most a light drinker, maybe most importantly - strong father figure, strong mother figure. Those would be some starters.

If you start with some of those, you can screen. However, you have to be able to do it without letting your dick getting the best of you - have to look at it objectively - that's the real challenge (don't justify away her red flags)

I'm sorry I didn't mean to offend anybody or create a scene, I just wanted to start an conversation, brainstorm and get some new perspectives.

I think, hope or fantasize that there is some cool women out there, maybe not many, but some.

For example, I've been backpacking for the last 3 years and I've meet a few women who didn't like this materialistic and superficial world who were quite fun and interesting. They just lived out of their bag and prioritized living minimalistic and being who they feelt like they want to be, and not who society told them to be or live. But I don't see any of those now that I'm home.

Thanks for all the answers so far, got a bit to think about.

If I may expand a bit. I'm talking for myself, but I would like to "share" life with someone, whatever that means. Idk though if it's a natural thing or something conditioned?

What happened to me last year was that I meet a unicorn, from my point of view of course.

At the time we meet I was "homefree". I was sleeping on the beach, did what I love during the day, sports and trekking, and worked some when I needed. And she was all up for that. She was also really fun, creative, philosophical, easy-going, didn't even own any electrical device and had her own passions, thoughts and dreams. Not once did she ask for money, and she always wanted to pay for herself.

I was like "wtf, this must be a joke". What's even more absurd is that we had the same dreams and visions almost to the point. Living in a bare minimal hut next to the beach in a tropical underdeveloped country, having a small piece of land to grow some food and keep some animals, and then just spend all day just moving or reading. She didn't believe in marriage and she said if she would ever live together with a man she would like that both have some sort of a place (tent, yurt) to retreat to when one needs their own time, which is 100% private.

But there's always a but :) I wasn't attracted to her. She wasn't ugly, she was actually pretty beautiful but I didn't feel any attraction to her for whatever reason. *So, what if you meet a woman that you really like, get along with, has similar values, beliefs, dreams and passions but you don't feel attracted to her? * I mean there aren't an abundance of them, I just meet one in my 30 years, but as some said, statistically there should be some good matches out there.
