If you mean loneliness, invest time into making friends and your hobbies, and get a pet. Then you won't feel lonely.

If you mean 'lack of intimacy', then get a girlfriend. Make sure you tell her that you don't want marriage or cohabitation, and if she is okay to proceed, then all is good. Don't lie to women and don't lie to yourself about women.

It's a little too early, at 19 years old, to come to the conclusion that you won't find a good partner. You've got a long road ahead. You're just getting started. It wasn't until I was around 28 or 30 that I started to click with women and vice-versa. It takes a while for some of us. I was a late bloomer. Maybe you are, too.

What I'm saying is, don't throw in the towel at 19.

You've seen Tomassi's SMV graph, I assume. You're aware that your own SMV right now, compared to women's, is very low? And that it will rise as you get older? Take heart in that. Things will be tough, romantically, for the next 5 years or so, but then they will start to shift, and by the time you're 30, the tables will have turned.

That's assuming you work on yourself, of course. Get into a problem-solving mindset and apply yourself to solving the problem. Men are good at that. You'll be better at identifying the problem than I am, because you're the expert on you. But chances are, you know where the problem lies -- e.g., self-esteem/self-image, understanding of women or relationships, social skills, whatever.

I'd also encourage you not to worry too much about women and your ability to get "love" from them. First, because women, especially ones your age, are not interested in offering love, and most are not capable of it. You're really better off learning to give yourself support and warmth, or getting it from friends, family, or animals.

And second, because there is a big wide world out there, and it's a shame to narrow your focus to trying to get a woman. It's too myopic. Focus on learning about the world. Develop your sense of self, your sense of personal identity. Focus on clarifying your values. Develop a philosophy of life that isn't the one just handed to you by the culture. Develop your ability to connect to other people. Learn more about your own psychology. Explore ancient wisdom.

There is so much to learn, so many roads to explore. Don't get locked into thinking that finding a woman is going to be the solution to life's puzzles. It isn't. Not at all. Having a good woman at your side is at best a complement to an already-fulfilled life.

Focus on building a life that is fulfilling to you. Focus on the elements of that puzzle that are within your control. And just keep at it. Persistence is a great virtue. Just keep plugging away. If you do, you'll look back in 10 years and be astounded at your progress. You will feel like a different person.

20-40...look at your experiences over the past 19 years....what were you good at, what were you bad at, what did you enjoy, what did you not enjoy. Now the game is to deploy yourself in the world, and make as much money as you can without doing wrong morally.

Notice how none of this has anything to do with women? They will only do the opposite, taking whatever money they can from you.

I guess loneliness is a pain all men have to suffer. BUt I find that when I have a project to work on, even working alone, I don't feel loneliness any more. Recently I have to write a deep learning model for the final exam. I work day and night and hardly feel any loneliness or long for any body even I was quite long for a woman the other day. :D

I think people who suffer loneliness are those that have too few work to do, or don't have a passion for anything, or don't have a goal.

We understand your pain and can feel your restlessness. Life's purpose doesn't always immediately reveal itself nor is your path always visible. Most the time it feels like walking through fog and you just have to have enough faith in yourself to know you're headed in the right direction.

Brother I'm 24. I spent 8 years pleasing two women. Within the last year I quit drugs, just paid off all my debt and started saving and investing.

I have 8 years of education and career learning under my belt, but I still feel like I'm at square one because I was chasing pussy instead of knowledge. Not taking care of my body either, but I am very aware of all that now (All things come at a price intended or not).

When these guys say save money. Time is money, money is time, and you will never get either back after its spent. So choose wisely what you spend both on, continue to learn and grow. Seek a college education or get into a trade. Learn all you can until that job is easy and you can make good money and not stress yourself out. Seek happiness over anything, there are a lot of jobs, people, things out there. Don't settle, get what you want out of this life.

Any direction away from drugs and dating is a good one. Hobbies are cool, what are yours?

Most guys your age arent undesirable because they haven't developed much that is considered desirable. Confidence, wealth, stability, competence, maturity, etc. That comes with age and our value goes up with time until the roles completely reverse. 38-43 is a kid in a candy store sweet spot. Be patient. Of course once you get it and experience it you swallow that big red pill and if you're smart go your own way.

Spend your early years chasing money and a meaningful life

If i could tell my 19 self one thing... that would be to make, earn and stack cash so when you are older ypu can buy whatever you want. (I literally wish i had listened to that advice)

You can literally have it all, but being free financially is key

Want love, ass or a kid .... all of it is way easier with success BECAUSE YOU CAN CHOOSE the who what where when and why with financial independence.

Mess around at 20, pop out a kid and the ex will drain you dry for 20 years literally.....of course you at that point want to take care of your child but many women see a payday .... look at all the women who have 3 kids from 2 or 3 different fathers.... PAYDAY my friend.
