Congratulations. 70K is a great starting salary similar to what engineers in other fields of engineering make as a starting salary. You could be headed toward 100k in brief order.

Save some of that money, stay living with your parents and move out when you can afford the downpayment on a house. That's your castle and will be your savings when you get older.

Also, it helps to own prior to a serious relationship these days.

Very cool. I remember that moment when I finished school and landed my first job at $70k. I bought my first house ASAP (construction finished 13 months after graduation) and paid off my $13k student loan in 3 years, and bought a new vehicle that I still love today.

Then I did the dumb thing and started dating again. You think a relationship is a puzzle that you can solve and live happily ever after. It doesn't work that way. It's a non-stop Pandora's Box that will consume most of your time and money.

I solved the riddle by investing in quality sex dolls. I no longer have a lonely ache. Their beauty and cuddles is all I needed. Then I have freedom to do hobbies.
