Its a fallacy that mgtow means you never get laid again. There are varying degrees of it. The only absolute bottom of the pyramid of the while thing is "dont get married, dont co-habitate".

Some have LTR's and do just fine.

Some date casually.

Others are totally in monk mode.

It's always something in between, moments of monk mode to clear and straighten out your head and your life, and the occasional pump and dump to satisfy the biological imperative... There's really no right answer, you can also get an AI doll, and that will effectively tackle the sex/emotional problem and you'll still be monk... It all depends on your perspective and definition of MGTOW and how you truly think is the most efficient way to live your life...

I'd stop calling it "intimacy" first because that implies that it's something other than just sex. Then, you'll have to decide for yourself whether the effort/benefit, cost/benefit & risk/benefit are not too high for you to get that sex. In my estimation, they are for the average 80% of the dudes so my advice is either hire a professional where the risk/benefit allows or go abroad to Latin America/South East Asia on the sex tours couple of times a year. Personally, I'd rather stay celibate till I die than having one more of those relationshits or even sex with ANY woman in the West but I'm 50 and it's much easier now than when I was 18 as far as I remember so good luck!

I'm not sure were you live but let me give my take.

I haven't been in a LTR in almost 10 years (New Years Eve 2012/13 I was dumped), I haven't tried in almost 5 years to go out on a date. Why?

Most woman are far too demanding, and contribute nothing, this I have seen in my relationships.
Where I live if you let one move in with you (still not married) after 6 months if she decides to leave she can literally take you to court for half your shit.
If you get married, after I think its 3 years she is ENTITLED to life time alimony. Life. Time. Alimony. Let that sink in.
Now this is jutlst a personal opinion but most women have the personality of a door knob, very very rarely has a girl peaked my interest. Other guys may have different opinions but this is just what I have experienced in my area.
