Go your own way and do your own thing. No cohabitation, no marriage and no kids. Focus on your hobbies, goals and purpose in life. If you want sex, invite her over then kick her out. Never let her stay because she won't want to leave.

One of the milestones to my monkdom was realizing that sex with women was not as satisfying as doing it myself. Porn is free and abundant, and alone I can do it as often as I please, whenever convenient. There is nothing more MGTOW than handling things yourself in all aspects of life.

I haven't dated except for once in the past 12 years, which kind of surprises me, in part because it's so long, and in part because I'm doing better than ever and don't miss it a bit.

Well, I should correct that. Sometimes, something I hear will trigger a FOMO or a curiosity about approaching things differently, and I'll join a dating site, just to experiment. This happens maybe once or twice a year. The pattern -- which has repeated at least a dozen times (you'd think I'd learn) -- is that I spend some time diligently searching for what's available, and then I lose all interest after a couple of weeks. It turns into a validation of my decision to remain single.

As for professionals, I've tried some in the past, but it's not worth the risk and money for me. I'd rather just take care of business myself and move on.

p.s. Interesting that 30% of the people here are not MGTOW. I guess they're just curious how the other half (or the other 0.01%) live.

I don't consider myself MGTOW, but I'm still red pilled.

I have a girlfriend I genuinely love and sex is great. She is the first non starfish I've met. Ever.

Even though I feel loved by her and shit, I'm quite aware that can and will posibly suddenly change overnight (has happened many, many times before), but I won't let that destroy me, as I didn't let that destroy me before. My life doesn't revolve around her.

Still, I'm not marrying her and I'm also not eager to meet new women, so there it is…
