I believe that one has to acknowledge that they have a problem before they can fix it and its something that ive known for a while, but im at a point now where i desperately need/want to be better. Not only do i acknowledge that i have a problem, i also admit that guys like me are part of the problem, i have put many women in my life on a pedestal and now that im reflecting i realized that they weren't shit.

Backstory- i grew up in a single parent(mother) household with a strong Christian background and with that certain values have be taught to me and in some cases they are great, but i also think it has a lot to do with my submissive, timid. unassertive nature. Now ill just put it out there that i cant be MGTOw since im already married, didn't find out about this community or lifestyle until late and even if i did, i probably still couldn't be because of the same values or beliefs i was taught. Wife isnt bad but even i see that if im not careful i can get fcked by her, alone she is good but i realized her sisters arent the best influence.

Now atm im employed not the best salary, fat and pretty much lack any form of self esteem and i know i need to change these things, but i honestly dont know where to start. I know it will take discipline, which im working on. Just want to know for any male who has been in my situation, how did you manage to transform your situation.

I know many will probably post some terrible response but i think this is the best community to seek advice.
