It been obvious to me for a while that boys and young men are now being introduced to the idea of mgtow and that their are a lot of bad actors and information within and around mgtow, and this younger crowd might find themselves on this sub.

So in the spirit of teaching the young not to make my mistakes I thought I do a very quick introduction to one of my favourite youtube creators

At one time years ago he was considered one of the most highly regarded mgtow content creators, but after a spat with Sandman in 2014/15 his star dipped.

You may ask why I've not picked purely mgtow focused video? The answer is that the logical fallacies apply to all topics, conversations and concepts you will encounter in your life. You may move away from mgtow ideas but these rules will always apply.

Examples of fallacies.

False authority – using an expert of dubious credentials or using only one opinion to sell a product or idea. Related to the appeal to authority (not always fallacious)

Or how about

False dilemma (false dichotomy) – two alternative statements are held to be the only possible options when in reality there are more.

There are many different types of formal and informal fallacies and to be honest you don't need to know them all. I would suggest looking and learning the informal forms as they are the ones your most likely to run up against on the Internet. Knowing these 30 to 40 simple rules will help you navigate a world of charlatans, tricksters, liars and cheats.

I know that if I'd have been taught these things in school I wouldn't have made so many mistakes and followed the wider culture for so long. These rules are another way of helping your mind becoming free and seeing bias in the media.

So while yes stardusks voice can be quite dull don't let that take away from the quality of the information he is presenting, that said it has been known for me to use him as something to fall asleep to. :)
