Deadbedroom drove me here, but it was more about lack of respect and constant bitching from the wife.

Looking back I can see where it all went wrong. I started the MAP and things improved dramatically. I thought it was a magic pill and everything was going to be awesome.... but that hasn't been the case.

I started lifting, reading sidebar, STFU, increased dread. Lost weight, dressed better, deployed tactics from the jedis on here. Had 20 year olds hitting on me while out with wife - I mean sluts NGAF if she was there or not and she was pissed as fuck. She couldnt get enough of me for weeks after.....

So I marched on feeling progress was being made until one of the wife's friends apparently mentioned to her that I 'look skinny'... Since then it's back to bitchy attitude and no sex! I got myself measured and currently sitting around 18-19% bodyfat. Still receiving IOI's but this bitch has regressed big time.

I will keep cutting, reading sidebar and working on ME.

Another point worth mentioning - I always thought the wife was HB10. In fact, a lot of women over the years have been HB10 in my eyes. However, since coming here I now view things from a much different perspective. Wife is a 7/8, most I've been with have been 6-7's. What planet have I been on? I think I started off as a 9 at early age, dropped to a 6, currently a 7 with potential for 9. I always cruised based on looks, I had zero game but always had multiple choices. I've tried game over the past few months and I'm astounded by how fucking powerful it is. Could say I've been a sleeping giant.

TL;DR stuck with a wife who showed major signs of improvement until her friend says I look 'skinny' (best I've looked for years!!)
