Background: I'm 6"4 225. I've lifted since middle school, played college football, trained in Japanese Juijitsu, and always kept a confident frame. It wasn't until about 5 months ago I realized what I had become in my marriage. I had slowly become a Beta over the course of the last 5 years- Starfish sex, complaining to my wife, letting her make plans, always being the first to say "sorry", not getting any brain, etc. I discovered MRP, Red the side bar, continued lifting, and I shut the fuck up.

Present: I realize that this is a marathon and not a sprint. I am ready to take it to the next level. I've developed descent AM and A&A. My wife has noticed a change and starfish sex is in the past for now. However things are still not where I want them in the bedroom but this is a marathon. For the first time my wife called me a cocky asshole last night. I said "thanks baby" with a smile on my face and proceeded to take out the garbage. I'm sure there are a much better things I could have said but the inner rejoicing overruled my thoughts. If anyone has advice I am an open book.
I don't take shit from her anymore and I don't play on her level. I've taken over the finances and started making plans. I can tell she enjoys seeing the leader I'm supposed to be. I'll try to keep this short so I'll go ahead and ask my question: Most of what I've read and seen are guys who are starting from baseline with lifting. I've lifted so long I cannot remember life without it. I've always maintained a level of dread considering my wife knows attractive women are at the gym also. But should I progress in the Red Pill differently? Take a different approach? Work more on owning my shit? By all means hurt my feelings.
