Last night at a kid school social event, I told my wife, "I'm stopping by such and such to have a beer with friend X." She looks at me and say OK. Just now 45 minutes before I get off work, she sends a text saying, "Going out?". Do I respond to this or just let her sit? My gut is to not say anything and just do what I'm doing.
