Thanks to the sidebar material and top rated posts, my marriage is back on course. I am, however, struggling to apply the principles to work.

I work in a female dominated environment (90%of employees female) and if mrp is rp on hard mode, this feels like a Japanese game show at times.

I'm failing a lot of shit tests, losing stoicism and struggling to lead because of the volume of (perhaps perceived) unavoidable interactions on a daily basis.

Any tips, tricks or hacks to get a bit more success at the work place? I realise this is a wide open subject, so any discourse is welcome.
