You need to really work more on your foundations. You sound like you're in the middle of a firefight and wanting us to look at the radar and tell you left or right.

for those who choose to deride the way a person speaks, thanks for helping.

Others: I am describing very briefly a common situation. if you can constructively help I would appreciate it.

Essentially either she or I will disagree about something. Doesnt matter what. She almost immediately starts what feels like a pre-prepared speech about how I always argue with her.
Are there any specific thoughts on how to break this cycle either before it starts again or as it is starting?
