It's incredibly insightful! Let's take it another step further and make it even simpler.

Shit Tests = Foreplay

How much of a paradigm shift is that?! Maybe not all of them are depending on your SO, but certainly the majority of them.

There are 3 stages of internalizing and approaching her "Foreplay Shit Tests":

  1. Female Feistiness - BP approach = Why is she arguing about everything? Why can't she just agree with me? This is so frustrating. I hate when she gets like this. << This was me 6 months ago.

  2. Shit Test - RP approach = Oh, here's another one of her shit tests. I know what's going on. I have a book of replies. I hope I pass.

  3. Foreplay Shit Test - RP fun approach = Oh! She's in the mood. I love this game. Time to be witty, sarcastic and turn her on!

This shift in my mindset has already and will continue to work wonders with my SO. She loves to be "feisty" and used to hate it. Then RP showed me how it's a test. So like a good boy, I'm reading up, studying, preparing my responses and ready for her tests. Last night I viewed her feistiness as the female foreplay that RP really is saying that it is. It was fun! She was begging me to respond to her with sarcasm and sass. She called me out on it, "Well someone's being feisty." She clearly loved it. It's a game to them! She enjoyed sparring with me and it turned her on. A lot. I came back witty and strong b/c my mindset knew it was a game, so I was more creative and sarcastic than usual which she loved.

Change your paradigm and it may change how much fun you have playing her little game.
