Status: Redpill for several years, marriage turned around, sex every couple of days, about 50% of the time I feel it is because she is attracted and wanting for it and the other 50% of the time she is desiring to fulfill me sexually. Me - handling all of the manly stuff and finances, dominant personality, I set goals and things to do and give good direction (and good discipline of kids), generally have my shit together, good social network, work out, I have good game. Her: She acts feminine and sweet, and loving. Good with the kids, working out, stay at home mom, stays active with philanthropic activities, thrifty, lots of Facebook scrolling, no secrets or hiding anything, she is a straight arrow - bible study, doesn't like to bend the rules, generally reserved person.

Shit Test: This morning she is still in bed scrolling Facebook and I'm playing with the kids...I come over to her and see a big smile / laugh on her face and I say "what's so funny" and I go to look and she pulls her phone away. Now, I am pretty good with AA and AM and would use something like that in this context, but I doubled down on dominance and said "give me that" and it turns out all it was is a video of some chick trying to twerk on a TV show and her dress rips open and she isn't wearing underwear. My wife then goes into a rant about how she didn't want me to see it because she didn't want that image in my head (she is very anti-pornography and respectful in that way), and then blasts me for being controlling blah blah blah. I didn't engage in any of it, but I didn't use any AA or AM to dismiss any of it, I just said "meh, that's no big deal I don't know what all the fuss was" and then went about my business with the kids.

Its a little awkward around the house right now. And for once in a long time I am a bit perplexed. She is NOT cheating or hiding anything.

Internet friends - what do you make of this? Suggestion on what to say? My first impression is that she is acting childish and I thought of actually saying so and telling her that if she finds something funny and has a problem sharing it with me then we've got a problem...but I didn't want to engage the hamster. I feel like grabbing her phone has given her fodder enough.

UPDATE: There are virtually no issues in my marriage and this trivial little interaction didn't "derail" anything (geez bogey). I was curious to hear how others might have handled it and I got some good feedback. The sum of the whole situation was that I saw her laughing, felt like seeing what was so funny, and what normally would have been her showing me what was funny turned into me picking up her phone and looking at it myself and her getting butt-hurt. I didn't give two craps about it except it piqued my curiosity, hence the post. I have not talked to her about it or acted differently about it - and her butt-hurt melted away. In fact maybe she was actually FEEEEELING butt-hurt more about me farting when she moved close to me this morning than anything in this thread. Things got back to normal (as usual) very quickly. Nothing else to see here - moving along.
