I am in my late teens every 2 days it happens. How can I stop this or at least get rid of this c*m in the toliet or something anything is better then in my trousers. Please help.

Nocturnal emissions (wet dreams) happen because your reproductive system needs to be exercised to maintain its health. You have to clear the pipes every now and then, so to speak. If you'd rather it didn't happen while you're asleep, the only way I know of to avoid that is to shoot your load while you're awake - have sex or masturbate

How would I "masturbate" without having sex? Like just do it in the toilet or something

Yeah, or the shower, or into a tissue or something. I'm a bit surprised you don't already know lol, I thought most guys figured it out themselves. There's no shame in not knowing though. Word of advice, it's easier to wash semen away with cold water than hot, in case you do it in the shower

It's surprising tricky finding a guide for first-timers but I ruined my Google algorithm and found this. Enjoy but always lock the door. Showers are fine to domit in, baths get messy.

where ever you feel comfortable. If you dont have any privacy in your room try the bathroom or any other safe place you might have. Keep something on hand to clean up, tissues or some kind of disposable cloth would be best, but in a pinch as someone mentioned below, COLD water is best, hot water will cook the nut and make it sticky and clumpy and harder to be sure you got it all

This is pretty normal, but as the other guy said, you should masturbate. Many ways to do it, using a tissue, even condoms, just to not make a mess. Just try a bit and find something youre comfortable with.
