A couple years ago, I lost my dad and what followed was a series of events that would test my morals, patience and most importantly my will to stay calm. Sitting here tonight, after all the support I recieved from this community is that life often times becomes harder but so does your will. So keep pushing, keep showing up to the gym, keep trying to work on that one thing you're passionate about. I'm proud of you all. You all are strong men trying to make a difference everyday. Give yourself credit for how far you've come. And please feel free to reach out for help.

If you set your sights on being a better you 24/7, you will become stronger. I think it's vital for people to always look back at them selves ( 1 week, month, year, etc) and judge how much they have grown; and if they have not, find out why

In terms of death I've kind of comes to term with everyone will die at some point.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
