I kind of think all people wrongfully convicted deserve some kind of settlement. Would make prosecutors think twice before trying to convict someone.

I for one do not trust the judgment of a jury of my "peers" that are there against their will to decide my fate.

damn this dude coulda been a successful millionaire football player

now he's likely going to struggle financially for the rest of his life

but she got a 1.2 mil settlement .. if she had wisely invested that in the market she woulda doubled or tripled with that bull run we've had since 2008
