Ok I am not sure of how to process this one in my head and as i have been here a long time i am throwing this open for opinions from other /MR users .

I recently moved to a new area , as i was walking back from my local store last night i saw a man walking up the street who was a neighbour of mine where i lived previously who a year and a half ago had to be removed from the property he was in because he was seen standing at a window masturbating in front of children ( i was on the street when this happened and i saw him so in this case for me the innocent till proven guilty aspect is out of the equation as i was a witness to the act ) , the town we both now live in is really quiet and the street he is on has lots of children on it and my neighbours have two young kids who play there as well , its an akward one as i know just how skeevy this guy is and the fact he has been ..... sexually inappropriate in his behaviors before however i am vehemently opposed to outing people but am really torn on this one , thoughts anyone ?
